The sun has set over Lake Awassa, the embers from the firepit are slowly fading. For some reason "Lady in Red" is cutting into the silence of the night. The line: "I never will forget the way you look tonight" rings true. If you'll pardon me quoting - - as closure to a deeply impactful trip, I believe none of us will forget the way this country looks, full of beauty and life, great need and great hope. May we continue to build on what so many have started and what some in Ethiopia daily work so hard for.
God is good.
